Coach Clau, LLC provides personalized coaching and companion support for neurodivergent adults and individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, focused on building independent living and social skills in real-life settings. Through a combination of in-home support, community-based practice, and collaboration with families, I help individuals grow in confidence, safety, and everyday independence—with dignity at the center of every step.

To provide compassionate, in-person coaching and companionship that supports neurodivergent adults in building independence and social connection for meaningful participation in daily life and community—while offering families clarity, support, and peace of mind.

Practical, real-world support focused on building independence, daily living skills, and meaningful social connections through community-based experiences.

Independent Living Skills

I support the development of daily routines and household responsibilities that promote independence at home. This includes personal care, organization, and everyday tasks, using simple systems that make routines feel clear, manageable, and sustainable.

Autonomy & Daily Decisions

I support the development of autonomy through problem-solving, decision-making, and building confidence in making everyday choices. The focus is on helping each person think through situations, understand options, and act with greater independence in daily life.

Family & Caregiver Support

I work with families to create consistency, improve communication, and support independence at home and in the community—so everyone feels more aligned and supported.

Social & Community Skills

I help build social and community skills by building functional communication, social awareness, and safety in real-life environments. The goal is to help each person interact, connect, and navigate community spaces with greater confidence and independence

Vocational & Functional Development

I assist individuals in exploring their interests and strengths to identify meaningful vocational opportunities. Through real-world practice, including volunteer experiences, we build the skills, confidence, and independence needed for long-term engagement.

Service Locations

I currently work between Puerto Rico and South Florida, offering support in both home and community environments.

All services are personalized and discussed during the initial consultation to ensure the best fit for each individual and family.

  • In Puerto Rico, services are provided locally (currently in the West area) through in-person coaching and companion support focused on independent living skills, social development, and community participation in real-life settings.

  • In South Florida, services are offered through structured, individualized support packages, which may include scheduled in-person sessions, community-based support, and coordinated travel arrangements depending on the individual’s needs.

  • When appropriate, I also offer virtual continuity of services to maintain consistency, reinforce skills, and support ongoing progress between in-person sessions or across transitions.
